New Sioux Falls fitness center targets older folks

SIOUX FALLS (AP) — A new fitness center in Sioux Falls is targeting an older market. The programs by Minnesota-based Welcyon are designed for people over 50, and emphasize personalized strength training, balance, aerobics and flexibility.
