USDA, Oglala Sioux Tribe dedicate new building

PINE RIDGE (AP) — Officials from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Oglala Sioux Tribe have dedicated a new building on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation to help the tribe's housing authority.
