LETTER: Help keep it clean, please

We are blessed in Mitchell to have bike/walk paths that are easily accessed from many parts of our beautiful city. Many residents enjoy this feature all seasons of the year for the purpose of exercise for themselves and their pets. Many pet owners, however, do not realize the responsibility of picking up their pets’ waste.
