Whiteclay activists to gather at Nebraska Capitol

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Activists who oppose beer sales in Whiteclay are planning a new effort to draw attention to the Nebraska town, which borders a South Dakota Indian reservation where alcohol is banned.
