13 indicted for drug trafficking in Jackson, Shannon counties

PIERRE (AP) — U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says a federal grand jury has indicted 13 people for allegedly trafficking drugs in South Dakota's Jackson and Shannon counties over a four-year period.
