CRP acres in Dakotas opened to haying, grazing

SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Farmers and ranchers in the Dakotas affected by drought will be able to use Conservation Reserve Program acres for emergency haying or grazing after Monday's announcement by USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack.
