Daugaard announces $600,000 for Tri-County Landfill Assoc. project

PIERRE — The state Board of Water and Natural Resources has approved a $600,000 grant and loan package for the Tri-County Landfill Association to construct a new disposal cell at its regional landfill near Pukwana.
