LETTER: Walker was right choice in Wisconsin election

How nice to see some common sense prevail! I recently read of the victory of Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin in his recall win, which had been instituted because he, of all things, balanced the state budget and then had a surplus in the treasury.
