Sports Briefs 6-11

HASTINGS, Neb. — Three Mitchell girls’ softball teams traveled to take part in a tournament over the weekend in Hastings, Neb. The Mitchell Venom 18 & Under team won its bracket and made the High School Platinum Division where it finished in third place. The team went 3-1 overall.
