Weekend storms rip through eastern South Dakota

SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Weekend storms brought heavy rain, hail and strong winds to parts of eastern South Dakota, causing flash flooding, damaging homes and businesses and possibly contributing to a man's drowning death.
