SD judge removes himself from suit over GOP House primary

PIERRE (AP) — A Rapid City woman’s lawsuit seeking to have her name added to the primary ballot for the Republican nomination to run for South Dakota’s lone U.S. House seat was delayed again Tuesday when a circuit judge granted her request that he remove himself from the case.
