Flooding hurts smelt in lakes Oahe, Sakakawea

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The bad news: Last summer's high water releases because of Missouri River flooding flushed a lot of smelt out of Lake Oahe in South Dakota and Lake Sakakawea in North Dakota.
