Blindert, Loudenberg win titles

RAPID CITY — Dominic Blindert always knew he was state-champion caliber. With only one loss in his senior season, he captured the 170-pound Class B state wrestling title Saturday in Rapid City at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center.
