Slykhuis, Pulse both officiating their 8th state tournament

RAPID CITY — Clark Slykhuis, a Letcher resident, and Lee Pulse, a Kimball native, are both officiating their eighth Class B state wrestling tournament this weekend. Slykhuis is a Scotland native.
