Noem questions proposed Labor rules on farm work

U.S. Rep. Kristi Noem, R-S.D., joined two of her colleagues on the House Committee on Education and the Workforce in sending a letter to the U.S. Department of Labor questioning the agency’s decision-making process as they revise labor regulations for youth hired as farm workers.
