Stace Nelson, other SD House member are punished by GOP leader

Nelson, R-Fulton, and Lance Russell, R-Hot Springs, have been kicked out of the daily closed-door House Republican caucus meetings, and Nelson was moved to a new seat on the House floor. The House speaker says he was verbally abusive to another legislator.
