With millions at stake, dairy farm trial is fight between Aurora County, insurance company

South Dakota Public Assurance Alliance, is suing Aurora County to avoid paying damages in a decision that Thompson Farms already has won against the county. The dairy farm claims that a zoning change forced it to close and amounted to property condemnation.
