Redistricting panel eyes reservations, Rapid City and Sioux Falls

PIERRE — A special committee of state lawmakers finished drawing new boundaries for South Dakota’s 35 legislative districts Tuesday and forwarded the recommendations for the full Legislature to consider next month.
