Platte’s Dean, Fairfax’s Tech highlight Scottie Stampede

SCOTLAND — John Dean, of Platte, and Lacey Tech, of Fairfax, both won an event at the 46th annual Scottie Stampede rodeo Saturday and Sunday. There were 273 entries at the rodeo and Hollenbeck Rodeo Co. of Winner provided the stock for the 32nd straight year.
