Dually’s back: Injured horse, Halweg return to Corn Palace Stampede Rodeo

Wendy Halweg smiled as her horse, Dually, casually drank out of a white bucket Friday morning at the Horseman’s Sports Arena in Mitchell. The horse’s mane had been lovingly made into a series of braids. When someone pointed that out, Halweg smiled again.
