Mitchell woman granted rare suspended sentence for 3rd DUI

A Mitchell woman who admitted to third-offense driving under the influence was granted a rare suspended imposition of sentence by Judge Sean O’Brien on Tuesday at the Davison County Public Safety Center in Mitchell.
