Board lessens cuts to band, choir

The Mitchell Board of Education acted Monday to restore $5,000 in previously recommended funding cuts to the Mitchell marching band and Friend de Coup show choir. The action occurred during the board’s regularly scheduled meeting at the Mitchell Technical Institute north campus.
