Young, SDSU roll past NDSU

SIOUX FALLS — Jill Young is no newcomer to the Summit League postseason tournament. The Mitchell native has come off the bench for the South Dakota State women’s basketball team each of the past two years during year-end runs to the national tournament. Sunday, Young made her first start in the conference’s postseason playoffs. She scored 12 points in SDSU’s 62-51 quarterfinal win over North Dakota State at Sioux Falls Arena.
