UPDATE: Malloy rejects reinstatement to USF basketball team

University of Sioux Falls senior men’s basketball players Matt Malloy and Eric Tisby were partially reinstated Friday by coach Chris Johnson. However, Malloy, a Parkston native, and Tisby rejected the reinstatement offer late this afternoon, according to USF Sports Information Director Matt Stull.
