Paustian, Seberts, Shafer Memorials given awards

Chris Paustian almost didn’t go to the Mitchell Area Chamber of Commerce and Mitchell Area Development Corporation’s annual awards and recognition banquet Friday night. But his wife, Sandi, talked him into it and, after receiving the Community Service Award, he was glad she did.
