I-90, I-29 closed down Friday afternoon because of winter weather

State transportation officials closed Interstate 90 from Ellsworth Air Force Base near Rapid City to Sioux Falls and Interstate 29 from Sioux Falls to Brookings at 4:30 today as a result of the winter storm.
