Rural birthing options decrease

Heather Parkis has had the luxury of having the same family practioner deliver three of her children in Gregory. If it was up to her, she would choose Dr. Richard Kafka to be in the delivery room for her fourth. But when her baby arrives next month, she will use a different physician 26 miles away in Winner.
