Liquor vote looms

The off-sale of liquor is a moral issue, according to an opponent of the city ordinance that Mitchell voters will consider Nov. 2. An advocate of the ordinance, meanwhile, says it’s simply a matter of properly marketing Mitchell as a regional trading center.
