Delayed justice: 2,900 warrants await delivery in county

There were three piles of warrants sitting on a table outside Grace Murphy’s office Friday. The 50 or 60 warrants in the piles are just a small portion of the approximately 2,900 waiting to be processed in Davison County. A warrant is an order from a judge requiring a sheriff or other officer to arrest someone and bring them to court to answer a charge.
