The Davison County Commission on Tuesday rejected a request from Highway Superintendent Rusty Weinberg to pass a resolution that would remove several roads — including a rough one-mile section of North Ohlman Street, from Eighth Avenue to 23rd Avenue, which is also known as Cemetery Road — from the primary county highway system.
