Season finale “Garden Line” program on Sept. 21 will include fall weather update

BROOKINGS, S.D. – Summer is but a memory now, but we all still want to know when that first frost will come.
During the season finale “Garden Line” program on Sept. 21, Extension State Climatologist Dennis Todey will share some forecast information on possible first frost dates.
