Latest storm blew through area quickly
Summer’s latest storm blew through South Dakota quickly Thursday night, but it left a definite reminder of the power of weather in the area. Mike Fuhs of the National Weather Service said more than 200 feet of roof was blown off a hog barn 11 miles southeast of Mitchell near the Rosedale Colony. The roof landed a quarter of a mile north of the facility.By: Austin Kaus, The Daily Republic
