Marking, an independent candidate for the U.S. House, will not be included in the debate, according to organizer Korrie Wenzel, publisher of The Daily Republic.
Marking, who met with Wenzel on Wednesday morning, said he hopes to host an independent event in Mitchell that same day. It will be a meet-and-greet event where he will take questions from the audience, he said.
