Heart and Sole event honors cancer victims and survivors

A lavender sign with Carol Goehring’s photos stood in the middle of a semi-circle of lawn chairs occupied by nearly 30 family members at Mitchell Middle School. They gathered from Parkston to Presho to take part in the Heart and Sole Cancer Walk in Goehring’s memory.
