Mitchell Township approved

Davison County residents made history Thursday by voting three-to-one in favor of re-establishing Mitchell Township.
The vote was 103 to 32.
County Auditor Susan Kiepke said 135 of the 634 registered voters in the township boundaries cast ballots in the special election, for a 21 percent voter turnout.
