Harold “Hal” Wagner, 85, Mitchell, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, at Select Specialties Hospital, Sioux Falls. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Will Funeral Chapel, Mitchell. Burial will be in American Legion Cemetery, Mitchell.
