Mitchell school counselor found not guilty of failing to report child abuse

A Mitchell School District counselor was found not guilty Wednesday afternoon of failing to report child abuse or neglect last April. Erin Fowkes had been charged with the misdemeanor after being accused of not reporting an incident when Bonfilio Sanchez Jr., 17, went to her home.
