A research organization headquartered in Washington, D.C., is accusing U.S. Sen. John Thune of “crying wolf” about the impact that congressional climate-change legislation could have on farmers and ranchers.The Environmental Working Group issued a report this morning claiming that climate change will cost farmers far more than pending legislation aimed at curtailing it.
