Waterfowl hunting reminders from the GF&P

With the early Canada goose season under way and the duck opener just around the corner, I thought now would be a good time to review some of the rules and regulations that will govern the 2009 waterfowl hunting seasons. First off, I should mention that the 2009 Hunting and Trapping Handbook as well as the 2009 Public Hunting Atlas are now available. If you have not done so already, I would strongly encourage you to pick up both of these items. I would also encourage you to review both of them as both public hunting areas and hunting regulations typically change from year to year.
