Panel OKs bill to prevent FSA changes year after new farm bill
WASHINGTON — The House Agriculture Committee passed an amendment Thursday from U.S. Rep. Stephanie Herseth Sandlin, D-S.D., that would prevent the closure or relocation of any Farm Service Agency offices for a period of one full year following the enactment of a new farm bill, according to a news release from her office.
