White Lake 125th begins today

There’s nothing like a celebration to bring a community together, according to an organizer of the White Lake quasquicentennial celebration. As preparations are finalized for White Lake’s 125th anniversary, Linda Jackson said she has been pleased with the response of residents. “A lot of people volunteer (and) most people are very receptive,” she said. “It’s been good community support since the beginning. It will really come together.”
