Strip mall, possible pet food facility may come to Mitchell

Several pieces of business news were revealed Monday at a City Hall meeting of the Mitchell Planning and Zoning Commission, including the planned construction of a new strip mall near Wal-Mart and a potential use for the vacant Dakota Pork plant.
