Kicked-up egg bake

Last April when I was in Chicago to attend the annual convention for members of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP), I met cookbook author Sheilah Kaufman. Once I felt the charge of her electric and energetic personality, it didn’t surprise me to learn she had just written another cookbook to add to the list of 25 that she has already authored.
