Arena plans go public tonight

Decision time may have finally arrived in Mitchell’s two-year quest for an events center proposal. Some City Council members say they are ready to pick an architect and a site tonight at a special public meeting at 6:30 in the amphitheater at the Mitchell Technical Institute Technology Center, 1800 E. Spruce St.
