Letcher residents gearing up for 125th celebration

LETCHER — Quilter Sal Olson has made each of her children and grandchildren a quilt. It was no surprise, then, when she decided to donate one of her creations to help defray costs associated with Letcher’s 125th anniversary celebration, scheduled for this weekend.
