Our View: Contemporary upgrade needed

It’s a good question. What happens when our new teachers don’t know as much about laptop computers as the students they’ve been hired to teach? It seems like an obvious query, and it’s one that has state Board of Regents Executive Director Tad Perry more than a little concerned.
