Jury says Burns not guilty of manslaughter

WESSINGTON SPRINGS — A Jerauld County jury Monday found a Missouri hunter not guilty of first-degree manslaughter and aggravated assault in connection with the Oct. 21 death of Alpena bar owner Elroy Wieting.
