Thune talks energy, ethanol at DWU

Decreasing the United States’ dependence on foreign oil is an issue of both local and national importance, Sen. John Thune told students and others at Dakota Wesleyan University Monday. Thune, back in South Dakota during the Senate’s April work period, stressed the importance of ethanol to agricultural producers in the upper Midwest.
