Gov. Rounds’ successful veto of a bill establishing another state education board cut across party and philosophical lines, splitting even District 20’s three Republican legislators. Sen. Ed Olson favored Senate Bill 95 while Reps. Mike Vehle and Lance Carson opposed it.
