Graves: Legislature did right thing by upholding veto for tech schools’ plan

Superintendent Joe Graves told the Mitchell Board of Education Monday that he wasn’t unhappy with the state Legislature’s failure to overturn Gov. Mike Rounds’ veto of SB 95, which would have provided a new governance system for the state’s technical schools.
